SCCM 2012 R2 Error on sql reporting service (multiple folders = ConfigMgr_XXX.OLD.0)

Hi to all,

This post is dedicated to a strange issue in SCCM 2012 R2 with the sql reporting service (multiple folders).

The issue appear when you launch the report and you have this folders creations error ConfigMgr_CodeSITE.OLD.0 etc (see the copy screen and information under):

ConfigMgr_PC1

ConfigMgr_PC1.OLD.0

ConfigMgr_PC1.OLD.1

etc…

Example of content srsrp.log:

1-Uninstall the reporting service point on your server and restart your server

2-Command line for resolve the issue:

For resolve this issue, it’s necessary to compile the sqlmgmproviderxpsp2up.mof with this command (on your primary or CAS server)

Note:Command line example for SQL 2012 under (for SQL 2008, change the target name folder 110 by 100)

3-Install the  reporting service point on your server

4-Finish, the issue is resolved ;) :-)


PS: Don’t miss to delete folders error in your SQL reporting service web acces (except the first who is correct:-) )
